After two successful "Land Dream Jobs" online campus recruitment fairs in 2020, the Third Fair (total 8th) and the Zhejiang Cloud Career Fair for 2020 University Graduates was launched in Huaqiao University (HQU) on March 16^th. Well-known enterprises and public institutions from Zhejiang province participated in the fair, including Alibaba Group, Hikvision, Geely, Zhejiang University, and Zhejiang Lab. Jobs offered in the fair cover over 30 industries, such as digital economy, artificial intelligence, biological medicine, as well as health and environmental protection.

In view of the inconveniences brought by COVID-19 to graduates in job hunting, HQU has adjusted operations, devoted greater efforts to disseminating employment information and resources, and made full use of all kinds of internal and external resources to build platforms for them. Through various publicity and guidance, about 70 to 80 percent of graduates have been well informed about employment platforms and information access channels provided by the government of China, local authorities and the university. In the preparation for this job fair, HQU has built on previous achievements in labor market, and obtained the support of Zhejiang Human Resource Market that has granted the school its platform. Meanwhile, renowned enterprises such as BOE and GenSci also launched their cloud info session.

The online recruitment of HQU has been efficiently pushed ahead, and online campus recruitment fairs, cloud info sessions, and other forms of online recruitment have become the main channels for HQU graduates to apply for jobs. Some graduates have successfully signed up with enterprises through these online platforms. Enterprises and public institutions such as TCL Tech., Xiamen C&D, Tianma, Sunac China, Catl, Ogawa, Gree Electric Appliances, and Hikvision that have established a long-term cooperation with HQU have become main employers for graduates.
