On the afternoon of December 12^th, Huaqiao University (HQU) Circuit Courts, in cooperation with Quanzhou Intermediate People’s Court (QIPS) and Fengze District People's Court respectively, were inaugurated by Xu Xipeng, President of HQU, and Chen Ming, President of the QIPS, both of whom then delivered speeches on the unveiling ceremony held at Hung Chao Hong Building, HQU.

The Circuit Courts will act as a platform integrating teaching practice, legal publicity and integrity education, which aims at jointly promoting the construction of local legal system, as well as creating and developing a domestic first-class education brand featured with the organic combination of the cultivation and training of judicial trail and legal professionals.

After the unveiling ceremony, the Circuit Court held its first court hearing. Nearly 100 HQU faculty and students from School of Law observed the hearing.
