On the morning of April 28^th, Xu Xipeng, President of Huaqiao University, met with a delegation composed of Fang Zaizhong, President of Fujian Chamber of Commerce in South America, Zheng Wenyu, the Executive President, and Chen Chunyong, Vice Chair of the standing committee of the Paraguay-China Council for the Promotion of International Economics and Trade.

Fujian Chamber of Commerce in South America was jointly established by Fujian entrepreneurs based in South American countries including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, etc., those who return to run businesses in their hometowns, and returned overseas Chinese merchants. The Chamber is an organization for patriotic, overseas Chinese businessmen, committed to promoting international friendships, and investment and cooperation in economics and trade, science and technology and education between China and South America.
