On the morning of March 30^th, 2019 International Sports Industry Summit was held by Huaqiao University (HQU) at Xiamen Campus. Over 150 specialists, scholars, entrepreneurs and government officials from home and abroad will hold 2-day sessions under the theme "Sports and Urban Development: Models and Commercial Opportunities".

10 renowned experts home and abroad in fields as sports industry and sports & urban development were invited to make keynote speeches and run two roundtable discussions.

The summit was hosted by College of Physical Education of HQU, co-organized by Jinjiang National Sports City Co., Ltd., and academically supported by World Sports Management and the International Journal of Sports Marketing & Sponsorship.
