He Chunzheng, born in May 1966, is a researcher with a bachelor’s degree. As a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), he currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Huaqiao University Committee and the Secretary of the CPC Huaqiao University Commission for Discipline Inspection.

He Chunzheng oversees the operations of the CPC Huaqiao University Commission for Discipline Inspection and heads Disciplinary Inspection Supervision Office of the CPC Huaqiao University Committee. He is also in charge of the School of Mathematical Sciences, and the College of Music and Dance of Huaqiao University.
