Xu Zhiyong, born in January 1971, holds a master’s degree. As a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), he is the Standing Committee Member of the CPC Huaqiao University Committee and currently serves as the Vice President of Huaqiao University.

Xu Zhiyong manages the affairs of the logistics support and heads the Office of the CPC Huaqiao University Committee, the Presidents’ Office, the Logistics and Asset Management Office, the Infrastructure Management Department, and Huaqiao University Hospital. He is also in charge of the College of Fine Arts, the Institute of Industrial Design, and the Institute of Arts and Crafts of Huaqiao University.
