Xu Xipeng, born in June 1965, is a professor with a Master's degree and a Doctorate. As a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC),he currently serves as the Secretary of the CPC Huaqiao University Committee.

Xu Xipeng assumes complete responsibility for overseeing the operation of the CPC Huaqiao University Committee and leads the Organization Department, the United Front Work Department, and the Retired Staff Department. Additionally, he is also in charge of the College of Mechanical Engineering and Automation, the Institute of Manufacturing Engineering, the Institute of Luminescent Materials and Information Displays, and the Academy of Advanced Carbon Conversion Technology of Huaqiao University.
