Three specific initiatives are proposed: first, to strengthen joint research among think tanks on the basis of seeking common ground while reserving differences; second, to conduct dialogues among think tanks based on common values of all humanity; and third, to promote exchanges and performance among think tanks through exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations.
