Held in Beijing on Dec.12, the 1^stsession of the 13^thExecutive Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) has elected ACFIC new leading bodies and leaders. HQU Board Member Ma Chi Seng, a member of theLegislative Assembly of the Macao Special Administrative Region, was elected as the Vice Chairman.

Ma Chi Seng, born in June 1978 with ancestry from Guangdong province, was a member of the 7th and 8th boards of directors of HQU. He currently holds multiple positions including the chairman of Changhua Hang Enterprise Investment Co., Ltd., the chairman of Youth Macao International Investment Co., Ltd., the standing member of the 11th and 12th Executive Committees of ACFIC, the director of the Finance and Youth Committee of Sports and Olympic Committee of Macau, China, a member of the 7th Legislative Assembly of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) and President of Grand Thought Think Tank. Over the years, as one of the outstanding business leaders in Macao, he has been working hard to implement the policy of One Country, Two Systems and promote long-term prosperity and stability in Macao.

Ma has always been a valued advisor and contributor to the development of HQU, actively deliberate on and participate in HQU administration affairs in Macao.
