The paper on organizational behavior and psychology was published by Prof. He Peixu from the Business School of Huaqiao University (HQU) (first author), Prof. Jiang Cuiling from the Department of Management of KEDGE Business School, France (second author), Prof. Xu Zhixing from the Business School of Beijing Normal University (corresponding author), and Prof. Shen Chuangang from HQU Business School (co-corresponding author).

This paper provides a systematic review of studies from 2012-2020 on knowledge hiding in organizations, funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) (72172048) and HQU Team Project of Young Scholars Supporting Program on Philosophy and Social Sciences (20SKGC-QT02).
