On the afternoon of March 7th, Huaqiao University and the Chinese Teachers (Thailand) Association jointly held an online briefing on HQU’s admission policy in Thailand, live broadcast on Tencent Video and Facebook, to introduce Thai students school information and application details.
This is one of the concrete measures taken by Huaqiao University to offset the impact exerted by the normalization of overseas epidemic, to further improve overseas admission quality, to innovate and promote approaches to student admissions.
The briefing was organized by the Chinese Teachers (Thailand) Association, Center for Language Education and Cooperation, Bangkok and Huaqiao University. The one-hour live broadcasting attracted more than 500 viewers.
On the meeting, the staff of the Admissions Office introduced the basic information of the school, the admission policy in Thailand, and answered questions of online viewers about major choices, scholarships, online course arrangement, etc.. Ke Jinyu, an alumnus and director of the Representative Office in Thailand, introduced the main responsibilities of the office in Thai in order to help more Thai students apply.
