Recently, Zhongliang Huang, a graduate student from Class of 2021 in College of Chemical Engineering of Huaqiao University (HQU), has published a research paper entitled Confined Growth of MOF Nanocrystals by ‘Locked’ Metal Ion Source as the first author in Journal of Materials Chemistry A (JMCA), an international authoritative journal. Professor Guowu Zhan from the same college is the sole corresponding author of the paper. This is another important research progress of Prof. Guowu Zhan's group in the field of Metal-organic Framework (MOF) crystals in a confined space.
JMCA is a high-impact international journal of Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) in the field of materials chemistry, with an impact factor of 11.301 in 2020.
Graduates Longlong Fan from Class of 2020 and Bin Chen from Class of 2021 in College of Chemical Engineering of HQU also participated in the research work. The research was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Natural Science Foundation of Fujian Province, and Graduate Research Innovation Program of HQU.
