On December 14, Deng Chuanhuai, Director of Department of Policies and Regulations of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and his party made an inspection tour on Huaqiao University (HQU).

Accompanied by Xu Xipeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of HQU, and Wu Jianping, President of HQU, the inspection team took a tour around HQU’s Xiamen campus and Longzhouchi campus. They visited Chinese Language and Culture College (CLCC), Chinese Spark Exhibition Hall, Siduan Heritage Museum, Institute of Manufacturing Engineering (IME), and the 60th Anniversary Achievements Exhibition located on the second floor of the archives. They also ascended to the 26th floor of the Administrative Research and Development Building to get a bird’s eye view of the whole campus.

Heads of the Party Committee Office/President’s Office, Social Sciences Research & Management Division, IME, CLCC and other relevant units of HQU joined the inspection tour.
