Recently, IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics has published a paper titled "Single-Switch Open-Circuit Diagnosis Method Based on Average Voltage Vector for Three-Level T-Type Inverter" by Liang Yiqing, the lead author, an undergraduate of Grade 2015 majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation from the College of Information Science and Engineering, Huaqiao University (HQU) .

Having been honored as one of HQU's excellent dissertation papers, Liang Yiqing continued his study in the Lab of Electric Drives and Energy Conversion and revised the paper after graduation. Two months later, he submitted it to IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, a top-level journal in the field of power electronics, with a current impact factor of 7.224.

This research is sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the Natural Science Foundation of Fujian Province, with HQU as the first affiliation, and Wang Rongkun as the corresponding author, a teacher from Department of Electrical Engineering, College of Information Science and Engineering, HQU.
