On May 7^th, Elsevier released its list of 2019 Chinese Most Cited Researchers. Professor Wu Jihuai of Huaqiao University (HQU) has been included in the field of Material Science. This is the sixth-consecutive year that Prof. Wu earns this honor.

According to statistics, a total of 2,163 scholars from 242 domestic universities, research institutes and enterprises have made the list this year, among whom 190 scholars are in the field of Material Science including 3 from universities in Fujian, namely HQU, Xiamen University and Fuzhou University. This is the sixth time that Elsevier has officially published the list of Chinese Most Cited Researchers since 2015.
