The HKICPA Business Case Competition 2019 Final was just wrapped up in Shenzhen. The team of Huaqiao University (HQU), comprised of four Accounting major (EMI program) students from Class of 2021, International School, namely Zheng Wanwen, Ying Haishan, Zhang Xiaoqi and Zhi Qiman, took part in the competition for the first time and won the second runner-up.

More than 580 teams from various universities in China participated in the competition, and HQU successfully entered the 12 finalists.

The competition aims at developing participants' business skills, cultivating their professional judgment, and preparing them for the business environment. It has been successfully held for 17 consecutive years, and has grown to a triumphant event attracting students with diverse business backgrounds from China's mainland, Macao and Hong Kong.
