On the afternoon of October 18^th, Mainland & Macao Higher Education Expo co-organized by Ministry of Education and the Higher Education Bureau of Macao SAR Government opened in the auditorium of Kao Yip Middle School. Huaqiao University (HQU) attended this exhibition on invitation.

During the exhibition, Admission Office of HQU and its Liaison Office in Macao held lectures to students and parents and fully introduced HQU and its policies on further education and education without entrance exams. They answered the questions inquired by them, such as living conditions, consumption, transportation and weather etc. Many students said the rapid development of mainland made it a good choice for them to have a further study in the colleges of Mainland, which is the best way to know more about the country.

The three-day exhibition received ninety-three universities and colleges from Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Fujian and Guangdong as well as ten ones from Macao, marking the largest exhibition scale over the years.
