Wang Xiuyong, born in December 1967, is a researcher with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree. As a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), he is the Standing Committee Member of the CPC Huaqiao University Committee and currently serves as the Vice President of Huaqiao University.

Wang Xiuyong takes full charge of the college students’ ideological and political education, cultural attainment education, and information work, and heads the Smart Campus Planning and Construction Office, the Student Affairs Office of the CPC Huaqiao University Committee, the Office of Board of Directors/Office of Alumni Association, the Department of IT Development and Management, the Chinese Communist Youth League (CCYL) Huaqiao University Committee, and HQU Holdings Company Limited (including the Architectural Design Institute). He also heads the College of Engineering, the Business School, the School of Political Science and Public Administration, and the College of Tourism of Huaqiao University.
