Liu Bin, born in February 1963, is a professor with a master’s degree. As a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC),he currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Huaqiao University Committee.

Liu Bin takes responsibility for the Party building, Finance and Trade Union of Huaqiao University and heads the Party Affairs Committee of the University Departments, the Financial Department, and the Educational Union (including Huaqiao University High School and Youmei Kindergarten). He is also in charge of the College of Materials Science and Engineering, the College of Chemical Engineering, and the Institute of Urban Construction and Economic Development of Huaqiao University.
